You must have an active OnCall account in order to register resident vehicles or guest vehicles.

If there are special circumstances requiring an additional car we do offer Premium Parking for $600 a year if there’s parking spots available.

Each unit will have one numbered space close to the building assigned to them. You may only park vehicles registered on OnCallParking.com, including any registered guest vehicles. If you have more than one vehicle registered, you may park your second or third vehicle in any non-numbered spot.

You will be notified of your spot assignment at orientation. If you are an existing resident with an OnCall account and your orientation did not include your spot assignment, you may find it by following the guide below called “HOW TO FIND YOUR PARKING SPOT NUMBER”. Click to download this guide for further instructions.

Any vehicles parking in your numbered spot or any non-numbered spot needs to be registered on on OnCallParking.com, including guests.

Registered residents can activate up to 2 guest vehicle passes per unit at any given time. This can be done thru your OnCall account online. There is a limit of 8 days per guest vehicle per month, and will reset each month. You may choose to park your registered guest in your assigned space or any available non-numbered space.

If a vehicle that you did not register is parked in your space without your permission, you may report this to OnCall. OnCall will attempt to contact the vehicle owner to advise them to move their vehicle out of your space. If they cannot contact the vehicle owner, it will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. This applies to all vehicles, guests or not, regardless of time of day or whether it is registered on OnCall or not.

Details on how to set up your OnCall account will be discussed with you at the time of orientation, after your application has been approved. To apply for residency, please click here.
