LEASE/purchase APPLICATION
Lease applications are completed and paid for online. The application fee is $150 per adult applicant; married couples pay a joint fee of $150 but must provide a copy of their marriage license.
Edgewater may take up to 21 days to process the application after receiving the final application, credit report and background check.
ADDITIONAL RESIDENT APPLICATION
Additional Resident applications are completed and paid for online. The application fee is $150 per adult applicant.
