EDGEWATER AMENITIES

Amenities include two pools, a children's playground, bike rack, tennis court, soccer field, fitness center, dog park and barbecue areas. Clubhouse pool has a hot tub, East pool has a hot top and a children's wading pool.

Only 2 guest per Unit allowed at all amenities. Guest must be accompanied by a registered resident of the unit at all times while using the amenity.

Children under the age of 16, must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Guest are the responsibility of the owner.
