EDGEWATER PETS

At Edgewater, we believe our pets are family too! We are a pet-friendly community; however, some restrictions and fees do apply. Please review the information on this page carefully before applying or registering your pet.

A non‐refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets (at the time of application) is to be paid to Edgewater Condominiums. For renewals, a $100 pet fee will apply each year at the time of lease renewal and total of $150 for two pets. Pet owners will also be required to create a profile online at OurPetPolicy.com. This online profile is $35 for the first pet and $20 for the second and is renewed annually. In addition, pet owners will need to register their pets online at PooPrints.com and visit our office to provide us with a DNA cheek swab sample of their pet. There is no additional charge for the PooPrints registration.

SERVICE ANIMAL/ ESA SUPPORT ANIMALS:

  • If you are registering an ESA/ Service Animal, the below applies to you.

  • For those planning to register an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) or Service Animal, it's imperative to provide the required state documentation before approval of your application. WE TAKE FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTATION SERIOUSLY!

  • Anyone submitting false ESA/Service or Support animal documenting will be automatically denied. No applicant will be approved without the appropriate state documentation.

Residents may register up to 2 pets per unit. Pets must weigh 50lb or less at the time of maturity, no exceptions. Pets must be up to date with their vaccinations. No aggressive breeds or dogs mixed with aggressive breeds are allowed in the community. Vet records confirming the pet's weight, breed and vaccination records will be required at the time of registration.

Pet sitting is limited to a 2 week stay annually and must be approved by the owner and association.

DOG PARK NOW OPEN!

We are very excited to announce the opening of our dog park located on the northwest side of the community. Adult supervision is required for anyone under 16. Play equipment is to be used by pets only, no children. Use caution and discretion when other pets are present. Please clean up after your pet to avoid a $100 fine.
