The common areas are treated for pests monthly by Alpha Pest & Termite Control, LLC. While pest control within the units are each unit owner's responsibility, as a courtesy Edgewater has arranged to have a complimentary basic treatment available.
Should you need to schedule service, please contact Alpha Pest & Termite Control, LLC at 786-261-3612. Please do not call the office as we cannot make the arrangement for you. You may also use any other pest control service as you wish.

Coral Springs residents can dispose of bulk trash at the local Waste Transfer Station. The station accepts bulk trash & yard waste during normal operating hours. This service is FREE to Coral Springs residents with an I.D. and address verification (driver’s license and a water/cable bill, vehicle registration, insurance card or voter registration with Coral Springs address).
SPECIAL NOTE: Masks required for entry to Waste Transfer Station
Location: 12600 Wiles Road, Coral Springs
Operating Hours: Saturdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Holidays: Open on Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day // Closed on Christmas DayCoral Springs residents can also drop off certain household hazardous waste, such as paint, electronics, and fluorescent lights (only) on the first Saturday (8 a.m. to 5 pm.) & Sunday (12 to 5 p.m.) of every month from at the Waste Transfer Station (see address above). Please note this is for disposal of ONLY Paints, Bulbs and Electronics.
Please note: You must bring Two forms of I.D. showing a Coral Springs address are required (driver license, plus bill, registration, etc.) Residents may drop off items from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Remember, residents are not allowed to drop off items at Broward County’s Hazardous Waste Disposal.

Please report all leaks to our office by calling 954-344-3601. If your problem is leak/water related and it cannot wait until normal office hours, please call our emergency hotline at 1-866-378-1099. If your problem is related to the inside of the unit, such as appliances, electrical, or AC unit, please note this is an owner responsibility and must be taken care of by the owner of the unit.

Coral Springs Police Department Humane Unit
Humane Officers respond to calls where dogs have caused property damages and cases where dogs have attacked, injured or killed other animals. You may reach this specialized department by calling 954-346-4422.
Animal Control
Any in-progress animal issues including lost or stray dogs, please call the non-emergency number 954-344-1800.

Before calling for access to a meter room you need to provide the following:
1- During office hours 10:00AM-4:00PM, call the office to arrange a day and time to access the meter room 954-344-3601, Email the electrician's license information to mail@edgewatrcondosbc.com.
2- For after hours assistance the request must come from the owner or the Unit or from the registered manager of the Unit. A $125.00 after hour fee will be charged to the owner ledger. For dispatching call 1-866-378-1099, email the contractor's license to mail@edgewatercondosbc.com while waiting for a call back from the management or maintenance.
