lease renewals
If you decide to renew your lease at Edgewater, you must contact the owner of the unit to negotiate and obtain a new lease each year.
After your new lease has been signed by yourself and the owner, you must email the lease to the Edgewater office no later than 10 business days before your current lease expires. All leases are to be emailed to leases@edgewatercondosbc.com.
LATE FEES FOR LEASES
Leases turned in less than 10 business days before your current lease expires will result in late fees! Example: If your lease expires on the 31st day of the month, anything received after the 21st is considered late and will incur administrative fees.
If your lease has expired and your gate cards have been deactivated, you may use the visitors entrance to access the community.
If your OnCall account has been deactivated: Please DO NOT park in Edgewater, your car may be towed.
